Allison Conti

Founder/CEO

Allison was raised in an entrepreneurial environment where she witnessed the formation and creation of sustainable businesses.  The industries ranged from oil & gas exploration and development to retail, cattle ranching and commercial real estate.  Allison began her professional career in print media marketing and advertising.  She then transitioned to a successful career in the radio and television industry.  Allison also owned and managed a small business in the construction trades.  She has experience in many facets of business management.

In 2015, Allison conceived a solution for an issue that affects over 498  million women, worldwide.  The passion and drive for this venture is based on personal experience. She designed, patented, engineered and manufactured a solution that is entering the FDA approval process.  Allison has secured seed funding to create a quality management system, a contract manufacturing facility, conduct a feasibility study validating efficacy, and employ some of the top industry leaders in the Unites States.

Today, Allison develops products to address issues facing women across the globe.  Allison is dedicated to the innovation and development of affordable, effective solutions for common life-altering difficulties faced in today’s environment.

John H. Marmaduke

Director

John H. Marmaduke graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with his Bachelor Degree in Finance. Joining Western Merchandisers upon graduation, he rose to President of Hastings Entertainment, a WM subsidiary, in 1976 and President & CEO of WM in 1982.  WM was acquired by Wal-Mart in 1990 with John assuming twin CEO roles.  In 1994 Wal-Mart sold Western Merchandisers.  Hasting grew to 129 stores with 4,500 associates.  It was acquired by  Draw Another Circle in 2014.  He has too many accolades to list including the honor of being inducted into the Variety Home Entertainment Hall of Fame in 2011.  Mr. Marmaduke has extensive knowledge in retail and distribution of consumer goods and we are honored to call him a team member.  He has served on many Boards throughout his career and is currently an active board member for the Harrington Cancer and Health Foundation, Amarillo Museum of Art, Ascension Academy, Catholic Foundation of Texas Panhandle and now Watkins-Conti Products, Inc. where he is also a private investor.  


Ross Watkins

President

Ross Watkins graduated from Texas Tech University in 2001 with his bachelor’s degree in marketing. Upon graduation, he joined a fortune 500 metals and recycling company and shortly secured the largest exclusive scrap metal management contract in the history of the company which encompassed 176 locations in 14 countries. In 2005, he transitioned into the oil and gas and commercial real estate industry where he managed 454,000 square feet of commercial real estate and assisted in both drilling 44 wells and managing 120 producing oil and gas wells.  Watkins’ passion led him back to the metals industry where he founded RAARE Metal Concepts in 2010 which now extends its operation through 33 states and multiple countries.  Watkins’ next venture began in 2015 with Big Box Waste, a waste disposal company which currently operates in the North Texas and South Texas regions.  In 2017, founded Dimensional Asset Solutions which utilizes proprietary technology in 3D Imaging and Facility Integration. With his expertise in strategy and negotiations, Ross brings knowledge, experience and credibility that few others can deliver.

Advisory Board

Benjamin M Brucker, MD - Assistant Professor of Urology and Obstetrics and Gynecology

Clinical Development and Operation Advisor

Dr. Brucker received his BS from Cornell University and his MD from University of Pennsylvania.  He then completed General Surgery Internship and Urology Residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System.  Dr. Brucker then completed fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at NYU.   He currently has a busy clinical practice in Manhattan.

Additionally, Brucker serves as Associate Residency Director and Medical Director of Urology at Tisch hospital.   He was selected to “Top Urologist” by The Leading Physicians of the World and “Rising Star” by Super Doctors.  He has hosted a health care show on Sirius/XM doctor radio for the last four years.

Dr. Brucker has a keen research interest in urinary incontinence, neurourology and urodynamics.  He has served as an investigator for numerous clinical trials and authored over 50 peer reviewed publication, review articles and book chapters in the field.  As an expert in incontinence he has lectured nationally and internationally on the topic.

Gregory Chuebon

Intellectual Property Advisor


Greg Chuebon is an intellectual property attorney with over a decade of experience in protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights in federal courts across the country.  Mr. Chuebon has regularly represented some of the world’s largest consumer-products and technology companies in patent disputes involving flagship products with billions of dollars in annual revenue.  Mr. Chuebon has also secured millions of dollars in jury awards for patent holders for violations of their intellectual property rights.  Additionally, Mr. Chuebon advises clients on intellectual property issues related to various investments, mergers, acquisitions, and other transactional matters.  Mr. Chuebon received a bachelor’s of science from the College of William and Mary, a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Certificate in Business, Economics, and Public Policy from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Chuebon currently practices in the New York offices of Dechert LLP.  Before joining Dechert, Mr. Chuebon was with the New York offices of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Gina Ferriere

Senior Regulatory Project Manager

Gina Ferriere has over seventeen years of experience in Quality and Regulatory Affairs sector of medical device and pharmaceutical industry. She has worked both in the U.S. and European pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Prior to joining Watkins-Conti Products, she held positions as a regulatory project manager, quality auditor, and quality assurance specialist. With her diverse background in different segments of operations, she has an exposure to many facets of quality and daily operations including supplier control, manufacturing, implementation of new quality system requirements, regulatory operations, product development, compliance and training.

Karen Drexler

Strategic Advisor

Ms. Drexler has been an active board member for public and private medical device and diagnostics companies for over a decade. She was the founder of Amira Medical until its sale to Roche Diabetes Care and has extensive management experience including LifeScan where she executed the sale of the company to Johnson & Johnson. 

Ms. Drexler is also a guest lecturer at Stanford University in Medical Device Design and Mobile Health curriculums and provides team support and mentoring for the Stanford Biodesign Fellowship and StartX, an off-campus Stanford Accelerator. Ms. Drexler is Princeton University School of Engineering, Advisory Board for the Keller Center for Innovation in Engineering Education. Ms. Drexler was named Female Entrepreneur of the Year by the Stevie Awards, 2013, and Entrepreneurial Woman of the Year by Silicon Valley Women’s Fund, 2002. Ms. Drexler is also active in Astia (www.astia.com) and Springboard (www.sb.co), nonprofit organizations, supporting female entrepreneurs. She is a Founding Member of Astia Angels.

Peter Manilla

Regulatory Advisor

Peter Manilla received his BS in biology from Youngtown State University and his MSc in Biotechnology from the Johns Hopkins University.  He has over 30 years of experience in regulatory affairs and has worked at the US Food and Drug Administration, several pharmaceutical and biopharma companies and the Department of Defense in various regulatory positions.  He has been instrumental in the development of several vaccine, drug and medical device products.  Peter is Regulatory Affairs Certified (RAC) and  is a good manufacturing practices certified professional (GMPCP).

Stephani Nichols

Investor Relations

Stephani graduated from Mid America Christian University with a degree in Business Management.  She has seventeen years of experience with a proven track record in Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Watkins-Conti Products, Stephani ran the demanding and prestigious role of Director of Operations for Project 66, a partner agency with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.  In parallel, she has generously volunteered her time with numerous charitable organizations including the CARE Center and Susan G. Komen Foundation.  She has also served on the PTO for both Oklahoma City and Edmond public schools.  Not only does Stephani possess an outstanding work ethic with years dedicated to important community involvement, she is also a devoted wife and mother of three.

Fred Green

Business Advisor

Fred Green is the Director of the Launch Pad @ Francis Tuttle, a business incubator located at the Business Innovation Center in Edmond, OK. Mr. Green is a graduate of the University of North Texas and worked in Corporate America for icons like IBM, EDS and Mohawk Data for over 25 years. He later established businesses in the Caribbean and US culminating with a consulting firm specializing in helping struggling small businesses survive. Prior to the position of Director of the Launch Pad FT, Mr. Green opened and operated a business incubator for the Paris, Texas Economic Development Corporation.

Nicole Dansereau

Marketing and Branding Advisor

Nicole is an accomplished Marketing and Branding Executive with a proven track record in creating and executing successful marketing strategies through research, analysis, and creative campaigns.

Her specialties include digital and traditional marketing projects, brand management, creative content, design, social media and relationship cultivation.  In addition to all things creative, Nicole has a continued fascination with female empowerment and mind/body holistic wellness as well as a passion for animal advocacy.

Dr. David A Kallenberger. M.D.

Medical Advisor

Oklahoma doctor David Kallenberger specializes in infertility at the INTEGRIS Bennett Fertility Institute in Oklahoma City. Practicing as an obstetrician and gynecologist, Dr. Kallenberger is also the program director for the Fertility clinic.  As an OB/GYN in Oklahoma City, OK, Dr. David Kallenberger treats conditions affecting the reproductive system in women across two specialties: obstetrics & gynecology.

Obstetrics is the field that provides care for women before & during pregnancy, while gynecology provides care for female health in a non-pregnant state. OB/GYNs can take care of a wide range of illnesses, & may function as primary care physicians for women.

Dr. Amna Choudry, MD, MPH

Medical Advisor

Dr. Amna Choudry, MD, MPH is an Oklahoma Native and a graduate of Oklahoma City University with her BA in Political Science and BS in Biology.  She graduated Medical School at the University of Oklahoma, and earned her Masters Degree in Public Health at Columbia University in New York City.  She completed her Residency in Family Medicine in Baltimore at the University of Maryland.  She now resides and practices Family Medicine in the greater Washington DC area.  Dr. Choudry sits on the Board for The Madison of D.C., a woman’s social and philanthropic organization that fundraises for Suited For Change. Suited for Change is a local DC organization that empowers women by increasing their employment and job retention through mentoring, provides leadership development, career training, and more.   Dr. Choudry is looking forward to the Yoni.Fit providing patients an improved Quality of Life with a conservative treatment that is lower risk than surgery.  

Robert Hurst, Phd.

Scientific Advisor

Dr. Hurst has been in academic research most of his professional career. He served as Assistant Professor, later Associate Professor at the University of Alabama in Birmingham from 1972 until 1983, then moved to the Oklahoma University Health Sciences Center in the Department of Urology as Professor. His areas of research have been the molecular pathology of benign bladder disorders, particularly interstitial cystitis, and genitourinary cancers. Recent research has been directed at targeting micrometastases, which are the cancer cells that spread early but remain dormant for a time. He is currently am Director of Basic Research for the Department of Urology.
